Deliverable · Process design

A process map should explain how value flows, not decorate a wall.

We represent real work, its interfaces, decisions, waiting, controls, and exceptions to design a target state the organization can execute.

What it solves

The procedure says one thing. Operations solve another.

Diagrams lose value when they describe the ideal case and ignore parallel files, informal approvals, returns, and points where work waits.

The map must make the current process observable, challenge every step, and align a target flow before automation, measurement, or redistribution of responsibility.

What you receive

A deliverable built to be used.

Architecture view

Strategic, core, and support processes with their principal relationships.

End-to-end flow

Inputs, activities, decisions, interfaces, outputs, and the process customer.

Visible friction

Waiting, rework, handoffs, duplication, inventory, and exceptions.

Target state

Simplified flow, owners, controls, rules, and technology requirements.

How it is built

From operating evidence to an installed mechanism.

Lean · Six Sigma · Lean Six Sigma

Methods serve the operating problem.

Lean identifies waste and improves flow. Six Sigma studies the causes of variation and defects. Lean Six Sigma combines speed and stability when the process needs both.

FAQ

Before defining the scope.

How detailed should it be?

Detailed enough to support the decision. A SIPOC view may frame scope; a detailed flow may resolve interfaces and exceptions.

Does it include timing and metrics?

Yes, when reliable data exists or can be collected during observation.

Is it automated immediately?

Not necessarily. Unnecessary complexity is removed first, and rules, ownership, and exceptions are stabilized.

Next step

Which process needs to be seen end to end before it changes?

Tell us where execution stalls or accountability becomes unclear. We will review the operating model and define the next step.
