CRM for distributors · Miami nearshore

A generic CRM doesn't understand territories, customer pricing, or reorder cycles.

We configure Zoho CRM around how a distribution business actually sells: rep territories, customer-tier pricing, reorder cycles, and visibility into what's in the warehouse.

The problem

Distribution has rules an out-of-the-box CRM doesn't ship with.

Different prices by customer tier, reps with exclusive territories, predictable reorder cycles, and needing to know what's actually available before promising a delivery date don't come configured by default in any CRM.

We design the CRM around those specific rules, and integrate it with the inventory system so a rep never promises something that is not in the warehouse.

  • Reorder cycles
  • Inventory visibility

How we solve it

A CRM that understands how a distributor sells.

Four configurations that separate a distribution CRM from a generic implementation.

Territories and reps

Account and opportunity assignment by zone, with no overlap between reps.

Price lists

Differentiated pricing by customer tier, volume, or commercial agreement.

Reorder tracking

Alerts and workflows for customers with predictable purchase cycles.

Inventory integration

Visibility into available stock from the same sales opportunity.

Execution

A sequence with an explicit decision at every step.

Frequently asked questions

Before choosing a platform.

Do you only work with Zoho CRM?

It's our primary platform for its flexibility and cost, but the platform recommendation comes from a diagnosis of your operation, not a fixed partnership.

Does it integrate with my inventory system or ERP?

Yes. We integrate with Zoho Inventory, MRPeasy, SAP, or other systems when a viable technical interface exists.

Do you handle rep commissions?

Yes. We configure territory and attribution rules that feed commission calculations, though the final calculation usually lives in payroll or accounting.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on the number of territories, price lists, and integrations. We define it after the initial diagnosis.
